Thoroughly cleans all windows (inside and out) on a regular basis.General upkeep of furniture, which includes but is not limited to shampooing and polishing of all furniture oiling of all work fixtures, panels, banister, sub-walls, and tables.
Maintains restrooms, which includes but is not limited to: plunging, cleaning, and disinfecting toilets, cleaning and disinfecting sinks and urinals, wiping down mirrors and toilet stall partitions, polishing metal surfaces, mopping floors, emptying trash receptacles, replenishing all paper and soap products, and restocking supplies.Maintains cleanliness of meeting rooms and other Union-controlled spaces inside and outside of the Student Union building, including but not limited to: empties trash receptacles, vacuums, mops, and dusts meeting and conference areas sweeps and cleans lounges and stairwells cleans all windows and display cases within the facility removes trash and cleans spills cleans outside patio and surrounding Student Union areas including tables, benches, trash receptacles and ATM areas.Performs regular maintenance on a variety of floor surfaces such as: terrazzo, engineered wood floors, and carpets, using appropriate equipment and cleaning products.Orders necessary supplies and materials in absence of Operation Supervisor. Identifies and reports equipment, supply and repair needs.Directs, oversees, and reviews the daily work of the Operations Assistant I and SU Building Assistants, as assigned by the Operation Supervisor.Responsible for training and supervision of students. Assists in event and conference set-ups and breakdowns, and performs regular maintenance of multiple floor surfaces throughout the Student Union.
